Des Cullen  Des is the company founder and Managing Director. Des has many years experience in the IT industry. He has successfully married best of breed technical tools with good business skills to deliver systems that are very well suited to solving the detailed problems encountered by customers on a day-to-day basis. Grainne Giltenane  Grainne has been with the company since 1990. A Multi-skilled individual, she has moved from development to her current role managing the customer care, maintenance and professional services side of the business. In addition, Grainne supports the business development function from the pre-sales stage through to the management of implementations. Mel Cawley  Mel joined Des Cullen Software as Director of Business development in July 2001. His role is to build relationships with customers and prospects to ensure that they are getting the best software tools and the best return on investment. Mel worked with Des Cullen Software previously between 1988 and 1993. In the interval, he has worked as a systems integrator with a variety of software development and consulting organisations. Most recently, he led the management team at Longview Technologies a member of the Vision Consulting group of companies.
